Business to Business Sales
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business to Business (B2B) Sales professional to join our team. This role involves developing and managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales environments. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying client needs, delivering compelling product demos, and upselling solutions tailored to business clients.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through effective account management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs.
- Lead generation through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software such as Salesforce to identify potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals efficiently while maximizing value for both parties.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory management and lead generation efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong understanding of account management principles.
- Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales approaches.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Experience in conducting product demos, technical sales, or marketing strategies is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform analysis, present solutions clearly, and build rapport with diverse clients.
