COMMERCIAL ARCHITECTURAL CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATORS

The Commercial Architectural Construction Administrator will oversee the construction phase of our commercial architectural projects to ensure compliance with design documents, building codes, and quality standards. Their key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and interpreting architectural plans, contracts, and specifications
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent
• Coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, and clients
• Addressing RFIs (Requests for Information) and resolving construction issues
• Managing submittals, change orders, and punch lists
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
• Documenting progress, preparing reports, and maintaining project records

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to ensure successful project execution.
