The Alabama Power Foundation is proud to introduce its new Community Scholarship Program.

The Alabama Power Foundation is proud to introduce its new Community Scholarship Program, created to support high school seniors who live in Alabama Power Company’s 59‑county service territory. Through this program, 59 students will each receive a one‑time scholarship award of $2,500, with one scholarship awarded per county.
 
The program is administered by Scholarship America, a nationally recognized organization that manages scholarship programs and ensures an independent selection process. Applications will be accepted April 1 through April 30.
 
Students can find eligibility requirements, application details, and submission instructions here. We encourage schools, community organizations, and local partners to share this opportunity with eligible students. Together, we can help expand access to education and invest in the future of our children and communities across Alabama.
