Magnolia is seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, helpful Sales Associate to join our team! The Sales
Associate is the first person our customers meet and responsible for creating first impressions and lasting
relationships.

What You’ll Do….
? Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all customers
? Educate customers on products and benefits, recommend products and pairings
? Multitask and perform required Magnolia processes to create a variety of locally crafted products
? Ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed
? Participate in meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales goals as a team
? Community outreach - attending community events, contribute to social media efforts and act as a
brand ambassador to strengthen business to business relationships.

Position Qualifications

? Previous experience preferred relating to retail sales/customer service, direct interaction in a forward-
facing service environment
? Comfortable working with your hands and following detailed instructions
Personal Attributes
? You must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
? Must be authorized to work in the United States
? Must have availability and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays (when needed) 10-
25 hours for PT
? Standing required for up to 100% of the work time
? Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the
position requires the following physical activities:
o Ability to lift minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 30 pounds unassisted; able to stand,
walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body motions.
