Roofing Sales Representative – Base + Commission

The Roofing Dudes is hiring a Roofing Sales Professionals to serve homeowners in Vestavia Hills and the greater Birmingham area. This is a full-time W-2 position with a base salary plus commission. We supply the leads, the training, and a production team that delivers what you sell.

What you'll do:

• Run appointments with homeowners: review inspection reports created by the roofers who inspect the roofs, explain options, and present clear proposals/solutions
• Help customers through insurance claims and retail replacements
• Follow up on leads and keep your pipeline current in our CRM
• Stay with each customer from signed contract through job completion

What we're looking for:

• Sales experience (roofing or home services preferred, not required)
• Honest, coachable, and an absolute rock star who works well with other rock stars
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and follow-through
