GSNSA seeks THREE full-time Membership Coordinators to share the benefits of Girl Scouting and build membership in the following assigned territories:

Hunstville/Madsion
North Jefferson/Cullman
Tuscaloosa

The Membership Coordinator helps build excitement for participation in Girl Scouts within their assigned local territory by sharing their own experiences (if applicable) and generally informing girls and their parents about the many opportunities that Girl Scouts provides. Using market data, sales strategies, and business development techniques, this position will be responsible for executing plans to expand the organization’s membership while also supporting retention of existing members. This is a hybrid field position with 60% local travel expected in a 35 hour work week. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record is required.
