Job Description: Studio Leader (SL)
As Studio Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales and
coaching teams in our studios. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales and
operational excellence. As the lead for the sales function, the SL must execute a lead generation / strategic
marketing plan to increase sales and promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy
lifestyle. This leader must possess a high caliber approach to coaching and staff development.
Job Duties Include:
? Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sales events, studio events, outreach)
? Oversee the sales process and systems
? Lead, monitor, coach-develop, and evaluate the performance of all OTF staff
? Comply with and enforce OTF Business Policies for daily studio operations
? Coordinate recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling of all OTF studio staff. Onboard all new
OTF employees
? Collaborate with Head Coach to facilitate success of both fitness and sales teams and member
experience
? Monitor OTF class size and work with Head Coach to ensure class needs are filled.
? Develop a high energy, fun team sales culture through contests and incentive-based motivation
? Model all studio activities through self-involvement (lead by example)
? Continuous mentoring of Fitness Specialist for ongoing success and growth (team meetings and
daily coaching opportunities)
? Ensure OTF branding through consistency in all actions and messaging
? Empower, monitor, and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales and fitness teams
? Seek out and recognize staff strengths.
? Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs): revenue, attrition, lead generation, ordering,
inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
? Coordinate with marketing leader(s) to execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans that drive
new visits and studio KPIs
? Promote the brand through in-studio and out-of-studio outreach
? Manage and exceed all OTF sales and operational budgets
Operational Duties:
? Responsible for 30-60-90 day and then Biannual OTF staff performance reviews
? Enforce OTF policies, business practices, systems and processes
? Ensure front desk systems are followed (proper member check-in, telephone inquiries both sales
and general, guest registration, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change
requests and document scanning)
? Provide and maintain the highest level of customer experience in your studio
? Empower staff through effective decision making to handle customer service issues
? Facilitate special in studio and out of studio events for member appreciation and community
outreach
? Ensure a clean facility that is well maintained and operationally sound

Reporting Structure: Regional Sales & Ops, Executive Director of Sales & Ops, Studio Owner
Performance appraisal: Biannually
Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 & monthly bonus
