Job Description:
Home Instead is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team in Birmingham,
Alabama. As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home support to seniors, helping
them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
? Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation
? Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
? Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
? Provide medication reminders
? Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands
? Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition
Qualifications:
? Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
? Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
? Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
? Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
? Ability to lift, bend, and assist clients – 25 pounds
? 21 years of age
