Marketing Account Managers are responsible for supporting the client success team in the creation, scheduling, execution, and internal management of social media needs.

Marketing Account Managers oversee the day-to-day execution of our client’s social media initiatives and serve as the first point of contact for our clients & their followers. Marketing Account Managers are responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing various social media channels while also nurturing the relationships we have with our clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and schedule social media posts based on client needs
  • Help brainstorm creative ideas for social media content to be used by the client
  • Manage the social media communication funnel (comment sections, engaging with other posts, etc.) between followers
  • Project Management
  • Handle all client communications
  • Maintain internal calendars and timelines based on client needs
  • Proactively inform the Director of Operations of social media updates, potential problems, and overall progress of the account

IDEAL SKILLS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience using various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Passionate about staying up-to-date on emerging social media tools and trends.
  • Flexibility to adjust to client’s needs.
  • A go-getter personality that is willing to help clients problem-solve difficult situations.
  • Experience using Canva.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

  • Vestavia Hills, AL 35216: Relocate before starting work (Required)
