We’re a locally owned grooming shop looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Associate
who enjoys working with people and is comfortable recommending services and memberships
that help dogs receive consistent, high-quality care. This role focuses on pet parents, while our
groomers and bathers focus on the dogs.
What You’ll Do
? Welcome pet parents in person and on the phone
? Explain services, add-ons, and membership options clearly and confidently
? Recommend additional services and memberships based on each dog’s needs
? Schedule appointments and keep the day running smoothly
? Handle check-in, check-out, and basic transactions
? Support a positive, organized front-desk experience
