goal-crushing Lead Generation / Business Development Specialist to help fuel our growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
o Own the top of the sales funnel: research and build lead lists using LinkedIn, web directories, business
databases, and more.
o Make 50–80 calls daily to connect with decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Controller, etc.).
o Set qualified first-time appointments (FTAs) for our outside sales team – this is your #1 goal.
o Follow up on marketing campaigns with smart, strategic calls.
o Track all activity in our CRM and consistently meet/exceed weekly/monthly goals.
o Be an active part of planning sessions with sales and marketing.
What You Bring
o You’re relentless. You know the first “no” is just the start of the conversation.
o You have a sharp phone presence and can speak with confidence and clarity.
o You know how to get past gatekeepers and build rapport quickly.
o You’re tech-savvy: you know Excel, email tools, and CRM systems like HubSpot or ConnectWise.
o You thrive on hitting goals and are always looking to beat your personal best.
o You understand business lingo and can talk to professionals at the executive level.

Bonus Points If You Have:
o Experience in outbound B2B lead generation or appointment setting
o Familiarity with ConnectWise, HubSpot, or other CRMs
o Exposure to the IT or managed services industry
