Part Time Groundskeeper

Benchmark Management is accepting applications for the position of Groundskeeper at
Rollingwood Apartments.
This is a part time position of 16 hours per week consisting of 4 4-hour days.
Our groundskeepers are responsible for keeping the property clean and safe, as well as
assisting the maintenance team when necessary,
The successful candidates will be High School Graduates (or equivalent) and have 1-2
years of experience. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a limited distance on
occasion.
