Mark is an attorney who practices in the areas of Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Probate and Estate Administration, Business Transactions, Business Formations (Limited Liability Companies, Corporations, etc.), Buying and Selling Businesses, Contracts and Real Estate.

Jamie Pursell, proprietor of Leaf & Petal garden centers in Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook and Birmingham, was named one of the 2019 Gold Alabama Retailers of the Year. The garden centers sell indoor/outdoor plants, statuary and garden décor, as well as local arts and wares, gourmet foods, furniture and home décor, among other products.  

Douglas Dean has been the Chief HR Officer at Children's of Alabama since 1999. He also served as President of the Birmingham Chapter of SHRM in 2007 and has CCP and SPHR designations. 

Donnie’s banking career spans nearly 30 years, serving clients across the Retail, Small Business, and Commercial segments.  First Horizon bank is dedicated to enriching the lives of our customers, colleagues and the communities we serve. 

Manager of the Client Service Group, a group that specializes in providing small-scale and interior construction project solutions for valued clients. Since its inception in 2013, this group has completed work for over 80 clients in a variety of industries including corporate office/financial services to healthcare to industrial to higher education. Type of projects include renovation, tenant build-out, additions and new construction projects typically ranging in size from less than $100,000 to $15 million. With a streamlined estimating, management and field supervision structure, our group is able to be efficient and highly responsive to the needs of our clients.

Gary specializes in helping his clients explore franchise opportunities. While representing over 600 franchises, there is no charge for the services of Summit Franchising. After working for AT&T/Bellsouth for many years, Gary has owned and sold two franchise type businesses.
