Essential MVMT + Pilates Mother/Daughter Summer Social
Show your little how you move to stay healthy and love your body! This 90 minute event will include a Pilates class followed by a light brunch and lesson on how to self care at any age! Our hope is to help you encourage your daughter to value taking time to take care of their mind, body and spirit!
