Join us for a full day seminar with Pete Blank, Professional Speaker and Trainer, who spent 12 years at WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort, training their cast members to make your visit unforgettable.
The morning session will focus on Customer Service and cover customer service strategies from Walt Disney himself, and then learn how to apply these lessons to your own organization which will enhance your levels of customer service. The topic of the afternoon session will be Leadership Strategies and focus on how you can take leadership lessons from Disney and apply them in your professional life to have a positive impact on your employees, your customers, and even your own family.
