Medjet is the premier global air medical transport and travel security membership program for travelers. Most travel and health insurances will get you to the “nearest acceptable facility” for treatment and recovery. Medjet membership allows you to be moved to a hospital of your choice at home.

Medjet has no “medical necessity” clauses, no deductibles, no claim forms, and no monetary caps on air medical transport costs. For travelers under the age of 75, there are no medical questions or pre-existing condition exclusions. With medical transport costs ranging from $30,000 domestically, to over $180,000 internationally, why risk it?

As a MedjetAssist member, if you become hospitalized internationally or domestically — while traveling more than 150 miles from home — Medjet will arrange and pay for medical transport back to your home-country hospital of choice for inpatient care. All you pay is your initial membership fee. COVID-19 transport is also covered for travel in the contiguous 48 United States, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica and the Caribbean Islands. Some restrictions apply.

MedjetHorizon includes the medical transport benefits of a MedjetAssist membership, plus 24/7 worldwide travel security and crisis response services to a wide range of safety concerns and threats including terrorism, disappearance, natural disaster, political threat, violent crime, wrongful detention, and more.
