About Us
Founded in 2005 in Trussville, our mission was to merge all the benefits of traditional martial arts with modern teaching techniques and a professional approach to running a school. Now open in Vestavia Hills, we provide a family-centered martial arts education to help our students develop physically, emotionally and mentally.
