DESCRIPTION:The City of Vestavia Hills will be holding the 2nd Annual Health & Wellness Fair\, a city-wide celebration that is free to the public\, on Saturday\, May 3\, 2014 from 9:00 am-1:00 pm at the Vestavia Hills Civic Center.\n\n\n\nThis year will feature new activities\, such as a Family Run/Walk\, coordinated by the Vestavia Hills Fire Department\, and National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day\, giving the public an opportunity to turn in unwanted prescription drugs\, coordinated by the Vestavia Hills Police Department & DEA. A 3-D tour in the Electronic Caregiver Demonstration Bus\, sponsored by Electronic Caregiver Company\, which makes enhanced medical alarm systems that have been described as a "security system for body & health".\n\n\n\nCalling all Health & Wellness Vendors! Any company that helps to improve quality of life is welcome to apply for a booth. The fee is only $50 for for-profit companies and $10 for non-profit organizations.\n\n\n\nFor more information\, please contact Lt.
