DESCRIPTION:Strengthen your core for a good cause!  Agile Physical Therapy is hosting Pilates day on May 4\, 2013.  Starting at 12pm\, we will be offering a Pilates mat class and a Pilates equipment demo by Julie Turner.  Following the class and demonstration\, Master Scarsella of Birmingham's World Class Tae Kwon Do will be holding a self-defense workshop.  There is a suggested donation of $15 and all proceeds will go to SafeHouse of Shelby County\, a center that provides emergency shelter and support to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
